Life Insurance
The district offers life insurance through the Wisconsin Public Employers Group Life Insurance Program sponsored by Employee Trust Funds. As a requirement, you must be eligible for Wisconsin Retirement (WRS) in order to be eligible for this life insurance.

Short Term Disability
National Insurance Services - Short Term Disability (STD)
Short term disability is offered to employees at least .50 FTE. You can purchase a weekly benefit amount, not to exceed 66-2/3% of your annual salary divided by 52.

403(b) Plan - MGSD Match
Employees .50 FTE or greater, the District will contribute to his/her section 403(b) account a fully-vested amount equal to the lesser of (a) his/her elective salary deferrals to the section 403(b) account or (b) $1,000 per calendar year (pro-rated based on FTE).
