Maywood School

After several years of being leased to the Madison Metropolitan School District, Maywood School is now the home to MG Futures, Monona Grove’s transition program (serving students with disabilities aged 18-21). The transition program helps students identify long-term goals and facilitates experiences to ensure students gain the skills and connections necessary to achieve those goals.
