Infinite Campus Portal Help

This form is used if you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account or are experiencing problems with your existing account.  

If you do not have an account: Please complete and submit the form below. You will receive instructions on how to set up your account via email.

If you are experiencing problems with your existing account:  Before you submit this help request form please open the Campus Parent login screen and click Help. After using the Portal Help, if you continue to have an account problem, please complete the form below so we may assist you.

If you are a parent or guardian, we will contact you via the email address or phone number listed in your student's Infinite Campus record.  You should usually receive a response to your request within 1-3 business days (response time may be longer during school vacations/summer.) 

If you are a student, please contact your teacher, librarian, guidance counselor or school office for assistance.

We will not grant access to student Portal accounts unless we verify your identity as a parent/guardian to safeguard student information.
