If you are experiencing problems with your existing account: Before you submit this help request form please open the Campus Parent login screen and click Help. After using the Portal Help, if you continue to have an account problem, please complete the form below so we may assist you.
If you are a parent or guardian, we will contact you via the email address or phone number listed in your student's Infinite Campus record. You should usually receive a response to your request within 1-3 business days (response time may be longer during school vacations/summer.)
