Infinite Campus Portal Account Information
What is Infinite Campus?
Infinite Campus is the student information system used by Monona Grove School District to manage our student records. Included in the system is Campus Parent Portal which allows parents/guardians to access their student’s information, including attendance, grades, schedules, etc. The portal can also be used to make online payments for food service and fees.
How do I get a Campus Parent Portal account?
Information on how to set up an account is provided when a student enrolls in the district. Parents and guardians who do not have an account can request one here.
How do I access Campus Parent?
Parents/guardians can login from a web browser or via the mobile app. The Campus Parent app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
Can anyone else see my child’s attendance, grades, etc?
You are the only person having access to your child’s information, unless you have shared your user name and password with someone else. Do not share your user name/password with your student(s). They will receive their own Campus Student Portal account.
Who do I contact for general questions regarding grades, attendance, assignments, etc?
Questions regarding a student’s grades, attendance, assignments, etc. that you find in Infinite Campus should be directed to the student’s teacher/school.
My address has changed. How do I update that?
To change an address, you should log into Campus Parent Portal and select More in the left column. Next choose Address Information and follow the instructions to update your address. In most cases proof of residency will be requested.

What should I do if I forgot my user name, password or am having trouble logging into my account?
First, use the Help options found on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page. Please note there are options for “Forgot your password” and “Forgot your username” in this area. If those options don’t work for you, please fill out the Infinite Campus Portal Help Request form.
Using Infinite Campus to monitor or report student absences
You can check your student’s attendance in Infinite Campus online, or using the Campus Parent Portal mobile app (available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.) The app will notify you in real time when your student is absent from or late to class.
You can also report or request an absence through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal app.
- Log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account
- Select More from the Navigation area
- Select Absence Requests
- Fill in the required information, including the date and reason for the absence
- Submit your request
