Please read the following requirements for uploading your flyer:

  • PNG or JPG image format
  • 8.5" x 11"
  • Portrait orientation
  • 12 pt minimum font size (for accessibility)

Note the following:

  • Links embedded in the flyer are not supported (but can be used in the text accompanying the flyer)
  • We strongly encourage you to send your flyer in English and in Spanish as a 2-image flyer.  Please do not rely on Google Translate or other electronic translation. If you have questions about Spanish translation, please contact Jade Sachs, MGSD’s Bilingual Resource Specialist
