Welcome to the Information & Strategy Department
The Information & Strategy Department is responsible for leading, planning, and implementing districtwide strategies that support effective communication, data-informed decision-making, and operational coordination. Under the leadership of the Information & Strategy Officer, the department oversees communication strategy, community engagement, registration and enrollment, technology, data security, and transportation services. Its work aims to enhance the district’s image, support families and staff through clear and consistent information, and ensure alignment across key systems that serve students and the community in order to provide effective and efficient service delivery.
