This service is part of the Interfaith Coalition for Worker Justice of South Central Wisconsin and provides advocacy for worker civil rights.
Centro Hispano works to improve the quality of life for Latinos and others living in Dane County by empowering youth, strengthening families, and engaging the community. Primary goal is to see Latino youth prepared to succeed in life by finishing high school, being prepared for post-secondary education and engaging positively in their communities. Immigration services include free consultation with an immigration attorney on the first and third Friday of each month. Information and assistance for DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) applicants.

Walk-in Legal Clinic providing brief, confidential consultations on immigration issues on the second and fourth Friday of each month from 2:00 to 5:00pm.
DREAMERS of UW-Madison
The purpose of this organization is to advocate for undocumented/DACAmented students pursuing higher education. DREAMERS aims to educate students, faculty, staff and communities regarding the struggles and the needs of these students; provide mentoring services; facilitate resources (including educational workshops and presentations), and serve as a support group to undocumented/DACAmented students in high school, undergraduate or graduate school. DREAMERS organizes fundraisers to provide undocumented/DACAmented students with scholarships to fund their educational endeavors. DREAMERS advocates and takes action to ensure that students have equal access to higher education and become the leaders of tomorrow.
Immigrant Justice Clinic
Under the supervision of Law School faculty, law students provide direct legal representation to low-income immigrants in removal proceedings, provide assessments of immigration consequences to non-citizens facing criminal charges, and assist immigrants in need of post-conviction relief while being trained in cutting-edge aspects of immigration law.
Jewish Social Services
Preparation of family visa petitions, adjustments of status, consular visa processing, representation of abused immigrant women or victims of crimes, and naturalization services, plus additional services.
Legal Action of Wisconsin
Legal Action of Wisconsin provides free, personalized legal services to low-income people in the following areas: benefits and health, family law, housing law, licenses, criminal records, employment, senior law, migrant farmworkers and Social Security.

The Neighborhood Law Clinic (NLC) provides a broad range of legal services including rental housing, employment, and public benefits law. Law students staff the community-based office at the UW South Madison Partnership space in the Villager Mall on Madison's South Side.

Voces de la Frontera is Wisconsin’s largest Latino and low-wage worker membership organization and a leading immigrant rights advocacy organization in the state. Groups operate in Milwaukee, Racine and Madison.
