MG Futures

Maywood School is now the home to MG Futures, Monona Grove’s transition program (serving students with disabilities aged 18-21). MG Futures helps students and families transition from the high school setting to life after high school.

MG Futures transition services provide information and outreach services to students with disabilities. These services include: Job Exploration Counseling Services, Work-Based Learning Experiences, Postsecondary and Higher Education Related Services, Social and Independent Living Skills Services, and Instruction in Self-Advocacy.
