Health Services

Our Health Services Team is comprised of both School Nurses and Health Assistants. They work collaboratively to address student's health related needs and develop and manage individual health plans for students with ongoing health conditions. The health services team works directly with students to build their capacity and independence with managing their health related conditions and being self-advocates for their needs. Our nurses also work proactively to provide information to students and staff about healthy choices and living through classroom presentations, individual consultation and collaboration with building staff.
