Is your child in our census?

If you are a Monona Grove School District resident and have children (birth through 5) not currently enrolled in our district, we would like to hear from you so we can update our census. Please note, the census survey is different from school registration.
 

Why is it important that you fill this out?

1. It helps us plan for future enrollment in our District.
2. It enables us to provide you with information appropriate for your child.

Need to confirm your residence is in our school district?

You can verify if your address is within our boundaries by visiting Access Dane. Once on the website, enter your address in the search bar. When your property search is complete, it will indicate on the lower left side of the screen which area school district you reside in.
