Monona is an established city located five miles east of downtown Madison between Lake Monona and Highway 51. The city has many family friendly resources such as the Monona Public Library, a community pool, a community center, the Aldo Leopold Nature Center and over 120 acres of parks. Although Monona offers a small town feeling just minutes from Madison, it also has a wide variety of businesses, restaurants, shopping and developments.
