Weight Training 2009
Who: For Boys and Girls that are currently in 7th to 11th grade.
When: Classes begin June 16th and go until August 7th. However, the weight room will be closed June 23rd, and 24th, and July 27th, 28th, and 29st.
Class Times: 7-8, 8-9, 9-10, and 10-11am.
Where: All classes will be held at Monona Grove High School in the weight room.

Class Expectations: All students will learn about free weights and stack weights, repetitions and sets, proper lifting and breathing techniques and the many different exercises they can do.
Note: Students should sign-up for a specific hour, but they do not have to come to the same class period everyday. They may attend different class periods to fit their summer schedule.
*Attendance will be taken each day, however when a student is absent we will not call home.
