Weight Training
Who: For Boys and Girls that are currently in 7th to 11th grade.
When: June 10th - August 2nd (Closed on June 24,25. July 4,5, 23,24,25)
Class Times: 7-8, 8-9, 9-10, and 10-11am.
Where: All classes will be held at Monona Grove High School in the weight room.

Class Expectations: All students will learn about free weights and stack weights, repetitions and sets, proper lifting and breathing techniques and the many different exercises they can do.
Note: Students should sign-up for a specific hour, but they do not have to come to the same class period everyday. They may attend different class periods to fit their summer schedule.
Note: Attendance will be taken each day, however when a student is absent we will not call home.
Note: Transportation to and from MGHS is the responsibility of the student and/or parent. Students may NOT use the bus from Cottage Grove. Students are NOT allowed to be on campus before or after their session.
Registration: All registration will be done on-line this year. You will be able to register starting on April 17 at 6pm.
