The program is open to all children who reside in the Monona Grove School District and who will be four years old, on or before September 1st. To register your child for the four-year-old kindergarten program, Together 4 Kids, you must complete and submit the T4K Registration Form, District Household Registration Form, Individual Student Enrollment Form, the student's original Birth Certificate as proof of age, and a copy of a current gas, water, cable or electric bill or lease as proof of residency. This information can be sent to Winnequah School (800 Greenway Road, Monona) or Taylor Prairie School (900 North Parkview Street, Cottage Grove).
