Title: Glenn
& Lucille Onsager Family Scholarship
Purpose:
To provide for an annual teacher scholarship for staff
development purposes.
Award:
The scholarship shall be administered using the following
parameters:
- The
scholarship shall be awarded on an annual basis.
- All
staff members, early childhood through senior high, are eligible.
- The
award should be used to attend a workshop/conference/seminar that is
related to the staff member’s teaching assignment.
- Interested
staff members should submit a request in detail stating the program
requested and how this program relates to their assignment by March
1.

total grant award for the 2002-2003 school year will be $500.

provide information on the name, location and associated costs of
the workshop/conference/seminar that you are interested in
attending. (If
submitting a hard copy of this application, you may attach a program
description.)

how this workshop/conference/seminar relates to your teaching
assignment and what outcomes you expect as a result of attending.
