Over 350 used computers &
fax machines were donated to Winnequah by Cuna Mutual
during the 1999-00 school year. Tech
Support students were very busy setting
up these computers for use in our schools.
These
students are helping a Winnequah
staff member resolve hardware conflicts
on a computer system in the IMC Computer Lab.
Providing
service to others at Winnequah
was a continual part of this expedition.
Students used digital still/video cameras
PowerPoint to document Learning Expedtions
at Winnequah.

other Winnequah Learning Expeditions.
Clean Water Expedition
Students here are studying the ecosystem
at
the lagoons in Winnequah Park.
Students
test the water quality from the lagoons.
Checking
sediments from the lagoons.
Garbology
Finding garbage was the easy
part
of this expedition.
Garbage has serious effects on
the
water quality of our lakes.
Garbage was used by some
students to construct sculptures. Of course, rubber gloves were always
used when handling garbage.
