Ms. Allison and Ms. Murphy are doing an expedition this year about the nervous system.  A group of 1-2 students will interview a person with a nervous system disorder.  Then each student will design a booklet about his or her interview.  It will have: a cover page, a poem that the student has written, a visual about their interviewee, a research paper about the disorder that they have, and a biography on them.  The students will then plan a celebration, which all their interviewees will be invited to.  There the students will present their final booklet to their interviewee.  The students will also design a short public service announcement, about their interviewee’s disorder, to be shone on the local television station.
