b. Renee Tennant-Cultural Arts request- three events that will run in October, November and March $2450.00. Art piece for the rotunda $350.00.

3. Vice Presidents Report- Pam Keiner- September District info.

4. Secretary Report- Jennifer Pickel- Approve September

5. Treasurer Report- Lisa Baudhuin- Approve August and September.

6. Committee Reports

a. Teacher Welcome Back Luncheon- Recap: Dena Crook, Mary Salvi.

b. Fall Festival- Recap: Carol Doll, Donna Borchert, Sara White. Ideas and suggestions for next year? FF hours next year be 11:00am-3:00pm? Instead of (10:00am-4:00pm). Is the CG Newspaper necessary for success? Monona Chili Cook-off got almost a whole page coverage and FF had _ coverage.

c. Bucky Book- Recap: Tammy Knickmeier and Sandra Marquez

d. Book Fair CG Open House- Recap: Michelle Scheffler, Tammy Knickmeier. Requesting to purchase another cash register and tri-fold board. Also requesting to give profits to CG/TP book rooms and to the Gifted and Talented program.

e. Family Fun Dance: Planning underway: Susan Welsch, Hawaiian Luau, CG school, Nov 10th 6:30-8:30.

f. Teacher Conference Dinners Nov 16th and 21st: Planning underway: Raeann Gray.

g. School Supply boxes- Recap: Lori Shanahan

a. Need ideas on how should the Middle School PTO be arranged with a new Middle School? (New school -CG students 5th/6th, CG/Monona students mixed 7th/8th) along with the current elementary Monona and CG PTO's? The PTO Co-Presidents will meet with Superintendent Gary Schumacher about this issue Dec 4th.

b. School Safety- Concerns or ideas will also be taken to the Dec 4th meeting.

c. Homecoming Parade- Lack of participation. Suggestions for this event.

Next meeting is Monday, November 6th at 6:00 pm.
