The extra $10,000.00 will be funded with the overage from Fall Festival 06 and Holiday Festival 06 profits which equals an additional $6,000.00. A shortage of $4,000.00. Moving $20,000.00 from the PTO Checking Account to a Money Market Account was suggested by Juli Stinson and all present agreed.

5. Committee Reports

1. Holiday Festival recap: Chris Vroman- Profit of approximately $1700.00. Hair braiding, food offered, Santa, the craft fair and the elf shelf were all a huge success.

Reason for two craft fairs on same day? The Chamber runs the craft fair at TP and most tables rented are businesses. The PTO runs the craft fair at CG and all the tables are true crafters. Each craft fair is too large to house in one school and having two large craft fair's &endash;vs-one brings in bigger crowds.

2. Bucky Book Final Recap: Tammy Knickmeier. A record was set this year. 321 Bucky Books were sold! A profit of $4955.00.

3. Market Day: Pie Sale Recap: Mary Salvi- Great Sale! A profit of $2109.53. The Pie Sale winners won Target gift cards: Lisa Klein sold 6+ pies and Nicci Anderson sold 10+ pies.

4. Spirit Wear Recap&endash; Karla Corl-from Holiday sale. The last two sale flyers that went out received little response. New merchandise will be looked into.

6. Old Business- Lori Shanahan- The PTO will continue to offer School Supply Boxes for 07. Kindergarten supply list was requested for the January PTO meeting.

7. New Business

1. Cennex "Fuel Your School Program" -They will present a check to the PTO. The check balance will be put into the School Guidance Fund category.

2. District PTO President's meeting recap-Sheryl Hahn: Dec 4th. The District is looking into all visitors coming into a school will have to scan their drivers license at the school office which will tell if they are a sex offender in multiple states.

3. The Field Trip fund category with a budget of $200.00 total for both schools was discussed and changed to School Guidance Fund and the Budget was increased to $1,000.00 total for both schools.
