	Leave the student's name, room number or teacher name, and the reason for the absence or tardy.
	If you want homework, request it at this time.  The homework will be available in the office between 3:00-4:00 p.m.  If it is not picked up 4:00, it will be placed in a wall pocket outside the office door.
	Tardies for illness or appointments will be excused, all others are unexcused.
