about Mr. Kuzma

Mr. Kuzma loves teaching and working with young people!

Besides visual Art, his interests include the performing arts, cooking (and eating), architecture, music, landscaping and gardening, photography, playing with his kids, and trying to find the time to read actual books.

He lives in Monona with his wife and two sons, a fluctuating number of goldfish, and an American shorthair kitten named Marie.  Mr. Kuzma grew up in the Madison area, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, later adding a Master's degree through Cardinal Stritch University.

Mr. Kuzma has been  leading Art classes for the Monona Grove School District since 1995, working at various times with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders.  He and his family moved to live in Monona in 2004 so that his own children could attend the schools he is proud to be a part of.
