Library Catalogs:

MGHS-IMC Catalog : The IMC catalog is available on any computer terminal in the building via the school’s Intranet.

LINKcat: This is a union catalog listing the holdings in all of the public libraries in the Southcentral Library System.  This includes the public libraries in the area surrounding the Monona Grove School District.  Anyone with a valid library card from an area public library may use this online catalog of place a hold on materials and have them sent to the library location that is most convenient to them.

WIScat: This database contains records of materials located in 1274 libraries of all types throughout Wisconsin.  Many of the listed materials can be borrowed through the state interlibrary loan system.  If you have questions, contact your local public library for information on interlibrary loan policies in your area.  

MADcat: This catalog contains the holdings of all of the libraries on the UW-Madison campus.  It is also possible for users to access a number of online databases via the website.  Materials owned by UW-Madison libraries are available for check-out to local teachers through the CIMC located in the Teacher Education Building.

Database Archives:

Badgerlink: This database consists of magazine and newspaper archives.  Content covers the spectrum from scholarly to popular.  Access is available from any computer terminal in the building as well as from home or public library computers.

World Book Database: This database consists of encyclopedic content, e-books, multimedia, primary source documents and other resource tools.  Includes a dictionary, atlas and research guides.  Allows students to build timelines and create citations.
