We will be starting our science lessons in October with a brief look at Bats. Many people think that bats are harmful creatures. We will find out how they are actually helpful and some interesting facts about them.
After that we are off and running with Forces and Motion. We will be learning about gravity, force and movement.
Our next study will start in January. During Traces of Living Things we look at the dinosaurs and other things on our Earth that make it and us the way we are. We will be having a Dinosaur Museum that everyone is welcome to come to.
We next explore and discover things about the Human Body. We focus on the circulatory, respiratory, skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems.
The year finishes with Life and Plant Cycles. We focus on metamorphosis with butterflies and frogs.
