1.                   How did you hear about our interest in citizen members participating on standing committees?

  4.                   There are occasions in which a committee must make recommendations to the total Board about issues, which involve a “conflict of interest” for individual Board members.  Would you please describe what you consider to be a “conflict of interest”?  How would you resolve a “conflict of interest” issue, which may involve you, if you were on a committee?

  5.                   The committee may become involved in an issue of a “confidential” nature.  Similarly, would you please describe for me what you consider “confidential information”?  How would you handle a “confidential” issue, which the committee may be involved in, while you were serving on the committee?
