We Need Your Help with Market Day!

Monona PTO is looking for help with the Market Day fundraiser.  We are in need of workers to help with distribution on the night of Market Day Pick-Up. Even if you could give us 30 minutes between 3 and 6 pm on Market Day evenings, your help would be appreciated. We could use people to help unload the truck right after the buses leave the parking lot, sorting help, and help with the distribution.  Please contact Penny dePaola at RDWestlab@aol.com or by phone at 221-9717.

Finally, Penny dePaola has been chairing Market Day tirelessly for years. Penny has decided that she would love to pass the responsibility of Market Day on to a new Chairperson in order to pursue other hobbies and interests.  Penny would like to transition after the October Market Day pick-up.  She would be more than happy to help show any new chairperson the ropes and help with the transition.  Monona PTO really needs a parent to step up and take over our biggest fundraiser.  This raises upwards of $3000 a year for our PTO.  Please consider taking this on so we do not have to give up this great source of income for our schools.  Please contact Penny dePaola at RDWestlab@aol.com or by phone at 221-9717 or Beth Briddell at 230-5232 or abriddell@juno.com if you would like more information or to volunteer.

Market Day

Market Day is a monthly fundraiser that PTO offers to families of Winnequah School and our community. You have the opportunity to purchase frozen food such as vegetables, desserts, ready to serve meals, and items such as meat and fish. In addition, they have dry goods such as snacks including gold fish crackers and juices.  If you would like to see more of what Market Day offers or to place an order online, please visit www.marketday.com. 

Monona Market Days has gone paperless. Each month's order on "Pick Up Day" will include the next month's order form. Additionally there will be a few extra forms available at school. 

Simply go to the Market Day website, www.marketday.com, to look at the order guide and then place your orders online. There are many great online deals that are not available on paper form orders.
