Diversity Academy

Diversity Academy: Empowering our Youth 2009

Who: For Boys and Girls that will be going into grades 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th.
 
When: June 16th through July 10th.  
 
Class Times: 8:45 – 10:20 OR 10:25 – 12:00.
 
Where: All classes will be held at Monona Grove High School.
 
Instructor/Supervisor: Linda Elsberry (linda_elsberry@mononagrove.org) & Holly Elsberry (het3284@hotmail.com)
 
Class Expectations: Students will develop multicultural awareness and build leadership skills by participating in various classroom and community activities. Students will learn about different cultures and have meaningful discussions surrounding diversity and cultural competency.        
 
*Attendance will be taken each day, however when a student is absent we will not call home.
