MGAS is a charter school for the Monona Grove School District that serves 11th and 12th graders who are seeking an alternative to the traditional school.

We believe the central topic for education is teaching students how to ask and answer the question,

"How do I want to live my life?"

In doing so our program seeks to motivate students to take ownership of their education by providing a challenging curriculum.

The academics are balanced by a program that seeks to develop our students' individual social and emotional needs while experiencing the value of being part of a meaningful community.

NOTE: THERE IS A CHANGE TO OUR SCHOOL DAY as of 11/9 our day will extend to 2:45 and include an Afternoon Seminar M-TH.

Students who are working, may apply for work release and leave at 1:45.
