A Word About Subject Matter and Language

Dear students, parents, and other freethinkers of the world,

In our classes, we will address, discuss, and debate many controversial themes such as racism, sexism, ageism, homophobia, xenophobia, murder, prejudice, and others.  In discussing these topics, we will likely encounter and discuss the use of many words that are considered profane by some: words that are slurs on races, words that are frequently used as expletives, and words of hate and ignorance.

Please note that our classes talking about these concepts, language, and words does not in any way encourage, or condone, the use of them.  In fact, our conversations are designed to eliminate hate and vulgarity from our world.  Please do not confuse our addressing of these topics with our acceptance or practice of them.

If you have any questions about what we'redoing in class and why, please contact us directly at Phone: (608) 221-2664 or at charles_ellis@mononagrove.org or mike_truskowski@mononagrove.org.  If we can’t satisfy your query, feel free to contact our principal, Dr. Paul Brost, at (608) 221-7666 ext. 2005.

             Thank you,

                   Mike Truskowski
